I was extremely pleased with the professional and friendly service that I received from Lauren and Michael throughout and following the purchase of a pre-owned Range Rover Sport.The price was reasonable, they were amenable to my suggested additions. Whilst there was a slight delay in actually obtaining the vehicle due to the requirement to source a part from Melbourne which took time, the communication and service during this period was second to none.There was no issue with Lauren bringing the car to me in Perth to inspect, and also with delivering the vehicle to me in Perth (complete with some gorgeous flowers).The vehicle did experience a problem after I had had it for a couple of weeks. When I informed Bunbury Land Rover, they immediately arranged the vehicle to be towed to Barbagallo in Cannington for diagnostics. I was also provided with a hire car during this time. The service at Barbagallo in Cannington was impeccable, and they actually picked up on another potential fault that would have caused me problems most likely after the vehicle would have been out of the statutory warranty period, and replaced the required parts and fixed that too.Overall the experience has been a very good one, and I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Bunbury Range Rover.

Legends saved us! The crows in Dunsborough stole our windscreen wiper! No problem!The service dept was closed but: best service in the West, they grabbed a spare off a car and had us tootling down the road to Bremer Bay. Thanks team x

This company doesn't even deserve one star. They have had my car for 8 weeks (and they still have it!) because unfortunately it had to be sent there for repair as I live in regional WA and they are the nearest Landrover dealership. No updates re progress on car were provided unless I requested them and even then, my phone calls/emails were rarely answered. 2.5 year old landrover discovery 5 required a new engine. When team member who was dealing with my car left the company, nobody followed up to inform me of this or to provide any information on car. When I called and got frustrated I was told by Oliver Kietzmann that it was my fault because I didn't ask to speak to a manager. Then, when I wasn't being heard and I raised my voice to stop the manager from interrupting me, he put the phone down on me. I implore people not to use this company, Barbagallo's service in Perth has been exceptional - go there instead! Bunbury Landrover has been nothing short of appalling.

Great cars, great value

Bunbury Landrover service has been good in the past, but my 2016 discovery took 2.5 days to have timing belts and lower control arms replaced (quoted 1.5 days)When I picked the car up, the steering was atrocious, with the steering wheel pointing off to the side when the car was driving in a straight line. TOOK OVER 3 hours to fix, which meant the time we waited for the car was very close to 3 whole days.Not good enough when you pay over $6000 for the work done!Chris Bryen. Busselton

I like landrovers so this place is excellent

i normally dont like to put negative about any business but i wouldn't deal with them we paid deposit and said its subject to finance you can pick up car in 2 days been month so bought car from another better company which did in 2 days and then ask land rover manager refund he denied because he will loose his sale and try to make threat man if i own that business i would fire him first i know car dealer lie some of them but not like that
